Carers need support too
We know the strain that looking after someone with drug or alcohol issues can take on loved ones, carers, and family members. That’s why we offer a range of support – both one to one work, and support groups – to anyone who has loved one or family member using alcohol or drugs. Your loved one does not have to be a DAWS client for you to receive this support.
We run drop-in families and friends groups twice a week, in two locations:
Tuesdays 1pm to 2:30pm
209a Harrow Road
Thursdays (from 26/07/18) 5pm to 6:30pm
69 Warwick Road
If you have any questions about the groups, please contact our Family and Carers Lead on 07792 662 268
