Recovery week in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland


Plans are in full swing for this years Recovery Week activity – please see link for full details

Some of the main events are:

Recovery Community Event Monday 2nd September at Leicester Progressive Church 4 St James Street, Leicester LE1 3RE 11am to 2.45pm

Turning Point Loughborough mindfulness taster 10am to 11am, alcohol awareness session 1.30pm to 2.30pm and harm reduction session 3pm – 4pm. all happening on Tuesday 3rd September at our Loughborough offices, 55-56 Woodgate, Loughborough LE11 2TG

Turning Point Hinckley on Wednesday 4th at the Salvation Army 7 Lancaster Road, Hinckley LE10 0AW will have taster sessions and Dear Albert film between 11am and 2pm

Thursday 5th – Once again we will be showing the Recovery Films between 10am to 2.30pm outside Primark on Humberstone Gate  – come and see these inspirational films

Friday 6th – sees once again our Recovery Walk which takes place at 11.30am (meeting) at Town Hall Square, Leicester and will set off at 12 noon to walk through town to St Margarets Pastures where our football tournament is taking place
