How to refer someone to treatment services

The Crisis House

Referrals to the crisis house can only be accepted from the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team at Leicestershire Partnership Trust. Once a service user is under the care of the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, referrals to the house can be discussed on an individual basis.

The Crisis Helpline

The crisis helpline is open to all adults who either reside or have a GP in Leicester, Leicestershire or Rutland.  Referrals are not required to access the helpline and the line is contactable 24 hours. In the event the lines are busy, a messaging system allows individuals to request a call back by leaving their name and number.

Outreach Branches

Our service offers face to face emotional support to people in the community, specifically those who identify themselves as being in crisis. Our outreach branches do not require a referral and are open to the general public, primary or secondary care.

Anyone over 18 can contact us directly via the Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland Crisis Helpline, to discuss availability of different venues in the area local to them.

We are currently providing limited face to face support as a result of COVID-19; however treatment is still available. Find out the latest update on how the service is operating and please phone your local hub if you need assistance.
