  • Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention

    A course designed for those who have completed the Recovery Skills & are now abstinent from alcohol or illicit substances. The 12 week course provides an opportunity to learn and practice skills aimed at maintaining abstinence and dealing with lapse triggers.

    Open to those who are making changes or who have secured the changes they want to. Please speak to your key worker

  • Fully body Acupuncture

    Acupuncture is concerned with balancing the body’s systems and can help to reduce cravings.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT Group)

    Therapy) aims to help you struggle less with thoughts, emotions, and urges, and start living according to what is important to you. It is suitable for those both early and later in their recovery, and particularly suited to those who struggle with their emotions alongside their substance use. The group runs for eight weeks and is experiential in nature, including mindfulness meditations.

    SMART stands for ‘Self -Management And Recovery Training’ and is a programme to help people manage their recovery by supporting participants to decide whether they have a problem, build up their motivation to change and offers a set of proven tools and techniques to support their recovery.

    Breaking Free Online is a treatment and recovery programme that allows people to resolve the psychological and lifestyle issues that drive their use of alcohol and/or drugs.

    A course designed to follow on from Introduction to Change. For those making changes in their substance use, the group is designed to provide people with the skills to make and maintain their changes.

    This group is suited to those thinking about change or actively making changes to their drug or alcohol use. Please refer via keyworker

    Individual sessions to understand anxiety and how to release it using a combination of cranial-sacral, massage and mindfulness therapies.
