Quitting tobacco can be tough, but is completely achievable with the right support.

Turning Point Roads to Recovery Oxfordshire are working in Partnership with Solutions4health to provide smoking cessation in Oxfordshire. We currently provide this support at the following hubs: Oxford, Didcot and Banbury once a week.

There are also lots of mobile applications (apps) that can help you. They can provide daily support and success tips, track how much money you’re saving and show how many days you’ve been smoke free.

  • Staying free app – an app from the Breaking Free Online programme
