We are directing all call contacts into a central support service, which is made up of a small dedicated team of advisors who have been specifically trained to assess and process new referrals, respond to other enquiries or direct calls to the most appropriate hub or person.
The Rochdale and Oldham service is currently very busy, and we are experiencing high volumes of calls, this has resulted in an increase in the time it takes us to answer your call. We understand how frustrating this is for you, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
