Sexual Health

Has your drug or alcohol use led you to some risky situations around sex? It might be helpful to talk to someone about these risks and find out what options you have now.

Contraception and sexual health in Suffolk

iCaSH Suffolk, formerly Suffolk Sexual health Service, will continue to ensure all aspects of sexual health including contraception, STI testing and treatment and genito-urinary medicine (GUM) are provided by one clinician wherever possible from easily accessible ‘one stop’ clinic locations across Suffolk.

The Suffolk-wide service will have three hubs, which will provide a full range of integrated sexual health and HIV services. This means we will continue to provide accessible clinics from Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft, along with a wide range of additional clinics in rural settings.

The Trust is working with Terrence Higgins Trust, who will provide community outreach services including free condoms, Chlamydia screening and sexual health advice and signposting.

Anyone wishing to contact the Integrated Sexual Health Service – which is confidential and open to all – can do so by ringing 0300 123 3650 or can access further information at www.icashsuffolk.co.uk
