We would like to invite you to take part – (from the comfort of your own home) – in a really useful recovery course starting on Tues May 19th at 1:30pm. We would love to have you on board with us!

The course is called ‘You Do The MAFs’ this virtual group is a great way to connect with others and allows you to make some decisions about how to progress with your recovery and keep yourself safe.

The group has proved popular and effective in the past and so we are now running this group online during the Covid-19 lockdown and would like to invite you to take part – Please don’t worry, this is easy to set up and we can if required talk you though the process. As a celebration and thank you for participating we will send you some goodies through the post… more information about this during the first session!
