New Service User Magazine
Please Click Here to read our very first edition of the new service user magazine produced by service users for service users!
During one of our monthly service user forums, the reps decided that they would like to have a newsletter that could showcase all of the good work that’s been going on in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. They then sat down and decided what kind of content should be in the newsletter and researched existing newsletters to see what was out there.
The service users went on to produce a few articles regarding things they had been involved in. It was also decided that there should be spaces for different teams within the service to send over articles to produce a newsletter that portrays a holistic view of the amazing work going on in the three boroughs. Since the first issue went out last week there has been a lot of interest from other service users who now wish to join in!
We are currently aiming for an issue to be sent out every other month. The service users involved are happy to have the opportunity to be involved with creating the newsletter and feel as though their input and work is truly valued. The newsletter writing group is running on a weekly basis and issue 2 is already under construction.
