Mental health

Navigating the relationship between substance misuse and mental health.

It’s estimated that more than two thirds of people treated for drug or alcohol misuse have experienced mental health issues. The relationship between substance misuse and mental health isn’t easy, and we are here to support you. You do not need a diagnosis or to feel unwell to access our mental health services.

We offer counselling, group support sessions and one-to-one support work, and each member of our team is trained to understand how drugs or alcohol impact both your physical and mental health. We also work closely alongside local mental health services in order to provide information and training to keep people safe, and to improve their wellbeing.

We believe that engaging with one to one counselling improves your emotional wellbeing.

We have a specialist team who can help you to think about your relationship with drugs or alcohol, alongside whatever else is going on for you in your life. We offer appointments at times that suit you, across a number of locations in London.

We offer person-centred counselling, where you can explore your current situation and hopes for the future. Counselling give you space to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, in a safe and confidential space, without judgement for a minimum of 12 sessions.

We are currently providing limited face to face support as a result of COVID-19; however treatment is still available. Find out the latest update on how the service is operating and please phone your local hub if you need assistance.
