We take the health and wellbeing of our staff and the people we support extremely seriously and we are doing everything we can to minimise the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) while continuing to offer support. Social distancing is key to minimising onward transmission of Covid-19 within the communities we work.
Our services across the country are operating quite differently from normal in order to keep people safe. This includes temporary suspension of all non-essential face to face services including groupwork, social activities, drop-ins, outreach etc, moving to remote counselling and coaching either via phone or video calls. This will run until further notice.
If you use any of our services, a member of the team will be in touch directly to let you know what alternative arrangements are being put in place. If you have any questions please contact the local service manager.
We have written to the families of everyone living in a residential service or supported accommodation and we are currently only allowing visitors where there is a strong case for it.
We recommend that everyone continues to carefully follow Government advice around the virus.
The Government’s guide to social distancing for vulnerable people is also helpful.
Please do keep an eye on our website or follow us on social media to keep up to date as the situation develops.
We are currently providing limited face to face support as a result of COVID-19; however treatment is still available. Find out the latest update on how the service is operating and please phone your local hub if you need assistance.
