We are directing all call contacts into a central support service, which is made up of a small dedicated team of advisors who have been specifically trained to assess and process new referrals, respond to other enquiries or direct calls to the most appropriate hub or person.
We take the health and wellbeing of our staff and the people we support extremely seriously and we are doing everything we can to minimise the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) while continuing to offer support. Social distancing is key to minimising onward transmission of Covid-19 within the communities we work.
Our services across the country are operating quite differently from normal in order to keep people safe. This includes temporary suspension of all non-essential face to face services including group work, social activities, drop-ins, outreach, moving to remote counselling and coaching either via phone or video calls. This will run until further notice.
If you use any of our services, a member of the team will be in touch directly to let you know what alternative arrangements are being put in place. If you have any questions please contact the local service manager.
We have written to the families of everyone living in a residential service or supported accommodation and we are currently only allowing visitors where there is a strong case for it.
We recommend that everyone continues to carefully follow Government advice around the virus.
