I’d like to refer someone

If you would like to refer someone to treatment services please visit our webpage for professionals.

We will contact them and arrange an appointment where we can discuss the variety of treatment options available at Turning Point services.

please be aware: Turning Point is always working to make sure our service meets the needs of as many people as possible therefore we have implemented a phone triage assessment -once a referral is made the client will receive a call from Contact Point – our referral service – based in Manchester. Calls from Manchester start in 0161 – please advise clients that two attempts will be made to contact them to discuss their needs, support to access community service, offer information and advice or to offer an assessment appointment – which ever is appropriate for their needs. If we do not make contact after two calls then then the client will be closed and they will need to be referred again.
